Day three brought weather in the 70's and just enough wind to fly a kite - perfect for us! Daddy and I started the day off at the beach, where we met some new friends who also happened to be visiting from A2. We had fun playing in the water and making sand castles. We also looked around for some of our very own Petoskey Stones. I love that I can swing right at the beach! After Remi woke up, she and Mommy joined us at the beach and we hung out for a while. After nap time, we went out to watch my favorite bridge - I love when it goes up and down for the boats! What better way to end a day than with smores...
Million dollar views...
Two houses down from us; the most famous and photographed of all the mushroom houses!
The Lake Michigan water was flat like glass this morning.
Although this picture makes it look like I was about to go down this old-school slide, I instead decided to climb back down the ladder but missed the first step and fell 15 feet down to the sand. I cried for about 5 seconds and then said "Daddy...swings!"
How cool are these pics?!
Aren't I cute?
Meet my new friend, Marissa.
"Daddy, the bridge going up and down, up and down!"
This is Daddy's other boat...he asked me not to touch this one either. I'm still confused about this.
Doesn't everyone need a family photo in front of a bridge?!
Makin' smores on the grill...
Mmmmmmmmmm...
"These are yummy Mommy!"
