A few weeks ago, daddy surprised us all by taking a vacation day. To celebrate daddy being home and me getting my cast off, we loaded up and headed off to the zoo. This was the first time Remi had been to the zoo and actually understood what was going on. It was fun to watch her get so excited about things she'd only seen in books.
